  Hello, it is sad to see that in this day and age some Ghanaians employed by our government are still working carelessly. I visited the TAIFA POLYCLINIC with my mum and that was her second visit that same week. She was told that her folder was missing and that she had to fill a new one before she could see the Doctor, and the way they told her about the folder was as if it was her fault that it was missing. We sat at the reception for 1hr and 20 mins before we were asked to fill the new folder. The health worker who assisted us to fill out the forms was annoyed and had a frown through out. Hmmmmmm I think Ghanaians and Health workers should have feelings for people and the fear of God in them. Please kindly post this on all your platforms and let everyone know about it so that this behavior will stop. Thank you.
