Information about the radio

Radio Schleswig-Holstein nahm am 1. Juli 1986 sein Programm auf und gilt damit als erster landesweiter privater Radiosender mit einem 24-Stunden-Vollprogramm. RPR1 hatte zwar bereits am 30. April 1986 den Betrieb aufgenommen, teilte sich aber seine Frequenz mit drei weiteren Programmen (LR Linksrheinischer Rundfunk, PRO Radio 4 und Radio 85). Sehr schnell wurde aus R.SH ein reines AC-Formatradio mit vielen typischen Merkmalen dieses Formats.
